For clients, prime vendors and consultants
Standards you can hold us to.
How we screen people, protect client systems and data, assure quality and conduct ourselves — on every engagement, for every consultant we place.
- Screening and qualification
- Information security and confidentiality
- Quality of delivery
- Conduct and fairness
01Screening and qualification
- Technical screening by practitioners in the same discipline before anyone is put forward.
- Reference checks and verification of the certifications a role requires.
- Background checks only with the candidate's written authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and in line with fair-chance hiring laws.
- Work authorization confirmed through Form I-9 for W-2 employees, and through the consultant's employer for C2C engagements.
02Information security and confidentiality
- Confidentiality agreements in place before anyone sees client information.
- Client work happens in client-approved systems and accounts, with multi-factor authentication.
- Least-privilege access, requested through the client's process and reviewed during the engagement.
- No client data on personal devices or personal cloud storage.
- Access is returned and revoked when an engagement or assignment ends.
- Suspected security incidents are reported to the client and to us immediately.
03Quality of delivery
- A named engagement lead accountable for quality on every engagement.
- Peer review of architecture, code and key documents before they reach the client.
- Decisions, assumptions and risks recorded in writing so clients can review them.
- Regular check-ins with client sponsors and fast correction when something is off.
04Conduct and fairness
- A code of conduct covering honesty, conflicts of interest, gifts and respectful behaviour on client premises.
- Equal employment opportunity and zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
- Anyone can raise a concern without retaliation — to their engagement lead or directly to HR.
- Personal data handled as described in our privacy notice.
Supplier documents
